All of our products are guaranteed to be of good quality. Stock can be returned if you are not happy with it.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. We can offer you a replacement or a refund.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Goods are normally despatched within 5 working days at the most, depending on quantity and stock levels.
We do not charge any handling fees, post is calculated at the weight as shown on the Australia Post website.
