Introducing the CoverPro, a book covering machine which applies self adhesive film to books in seconds, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.

The Cover Pro is used with sheets of film which are cut to the correct size for your book.  The sheet is placed on the table, then the book is lowered through the guide rollers.  These clamp onto the book, the table opens and the book is guided through a pair of soft flow form rollers, which press the film onto the book perfectly in seconds.

This covers the outside of the book perfectly, ready for hand finishing.  You can do flush covering with a thicker adhesive film, or the more traditional method where the edges are folded into the book.

Learning to use the CoverPro is simple, the controls are designed to be extremely simple and no adjusments should be needed.  After running a few books through the Cover Pro you will know almost all you need to know to get the best result every time.

We find that each customer finds their own preferred way to use the CoverPro, this might be with one person operating the machine while others finish the covering, or with a team who use the machine individually.  The increase in efficiency is immediately apparent as a job which can be fiddly and boring is reduced to a quick process.

Consider the economics and savings involved - we have supplied several CoverPro units which have been in steady operation for over 5 years.  In this time they have each done in excess of 300,000 books each.  Assuming it saves a minute when covering each book, this is a saving of 3,333 hours, almost exactly 2 years of labour.
